Suspected source: Shoyu Ramen Onset time: 3-4 hours Symptoms: Nausea and overheated feeling, then aggressive vomiting at the same time as diarrhea spewing from the other end. This only happened one time but it was not pleasant to clean as I did not make it to the toilet in time. Note for the future, if feeling nauseous just hangout in the bathroom on the toilet with a bucket and just wait for it to happen. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
