I ate their spaghetti and fettuccine. Very soon after I starting having stomach cramps and throwing up. Later that night I was having constant diarrhea and vomiting. I have stomach pains and a headache as well. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache

Same! I just got chicken fettuccine last night around 9pm. I woke up at 6am puking, having diarrhea, stomach cramps, and nausea even after I puked for an hour.
