Had spegatti with meat sauce. Thirty minutes later became violently ill. Vomiting and water type diarrhea at the same time. I went home and continued to throw up until I could pass out. Next day I'm Super weak and still can barely drink water. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Weakness

I just sick last night after eating at Fazolis Fort payne.Al. loaded spaghetti, it was terrible, the onset was quit coming out both ends. Feeling a little better now
