The other day I bought new England clam chowder. Soup that was prepackaged in a container by the ready to eat meals. Ate it for lunch a out a few hours later my stomach started. To feel strange and got a bad headache. Pushed through the rest of my day at work. Still not feeling great and at 1am this morning. Ended up vomiting up the soup. Still feeling unwell after stomach is still really un easy | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
