Ate the fettuccine Alfredo at 6pm, nothing else after and was woken up at 3am, with extreme chills, nausea and diarrhea. I've been sick off and on ever since, it's now 4pm the following day and I'm still being sick off and on. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Chills
