Cold Moroccan salad including assortment of cauliflower, green peppers, mushrooms. Had stomach pain after lunch and took a painkiller. Next day stopped at a McDonald’s on the highway between Fez and Rabat and had a double cheeseburger. That night food poisoning manifested itself - diarrhea, cold sweat, weakness all over.
