I believe it was the chili sauce on the nachos Me and my friend is all I know of my symptoms stated that evening during bingo and my friend and I both ate now very fatigued as just dont feel well at all,I wasn't feeling well before the night was over I got diarrhea, my friend who also ate the same thing got sick the next day, and now we are both really fatigued just not feeling well this was Wednesday evening, | Symptoms: Fatigue, Diarrhea
