BBQ Meal Causes Illness - First Class BBQ, Hempstead Texas

Ate there for lunch on 9/13/25. Three of us ate the same meal, except my husband had the creamed corn. Within a few hours he started ti experience stomach cramps which preceded to excessive vomiting, & uncontrollable diarrhea. Symptoms started about 7:00pm on that same day, and is still ongoing the next day. He is terribly sick and can’t sleep or keep in fluids. From research, it sounds like he might have listeria. He is incredibly sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
