Got the 5 spice beef box with spring mix as the base for dinner.
Got home, felt a little bit nauseous but tried to brush it off and went to bed. Woke up in the middle of night with vomiting and diarrhea. Disrupted sleep due to feeling chills the whole night. The next morning I had fever, body aches and a headache. I was in bed and couldn't do anything but drink water and sleep for 2 days straight. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache, Body Ache
