Ate at 8 pm. Drank 4 beers over 4 hours which im usually fine with. Woke up in the early am with terrible stomach pain, Chills. Violently vomited and terrible headache chills and diarrhea all the following day. Still a bit nauseous. Something tasted really gross about the food but i was hungry so i just ate it anyway. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills, Stomach Pain
