Ate a cheeseburger all the way with fries at Five Guys in Seekonk MA on Wednesday October 10th. My roommate also had the same thing. We both felt queasy that night and into the next day.

Ate at 8 pm. Drank 4 beers over 4 hours which im usually fine with. Woke up in the early am with terrible stomach pain, Chills. Violently vomited and terrible headache chills and diarrhea all the following day. Still a bit nauseous. Something tasted really gross about…
