Five Guys
Ordered hamburger only. Violently sick with diarrhea and vomiting within 6 hours. Both symptoms went on for 12 hours. Worst I have ever experienced in my life. Had to get medication. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
