Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Aches Suspected source: Both of us ordered a burger and fries. Noticed uncooked fries were unrefrigerated and uncovered below fryer, upstairs bathroom was filthy with non-operational soap dispenser.
