I had a cheeseburger with mushrooms and that night I had diarrhea and vomiting like I have never had before in my entire life. I will NEVER eat here again for the rest of my life. I had to go to the hospital it got so bad. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
