Had two burgers and two portions of chips with a drink of coca cola and a milkshake. We had ate everything and everything was fine until the next day. Throughout midday I was experiencing these horrible stomach cramps and I could not move properly or stand up straight. My stomach was tensing and the abdominal pain I was getting was horrible. My body had also felt so weak and I had urges to throw up. My boyfriend later on that night said that he had experienced the same cramps that I was experiencing but we had slept it off. It wasn’t until this morning that I had been woken up by my boyfriend saying he felt really ill and then ran to the bathroom to throw up. Before that he had a really high temperature and was shivering due to feeling really sick. He is now experiencing stomach pains and is cold to the touch on his body but hot to the touch on his neck and forehead. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Fever, Weakness
