Shellfish Salad Sickens Duo - Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, St. Louis Missouri

On Saturday 2/15/2025 my husband and I went to Flemings and purchased the Shellfish Louie Salad, Prime Steakhouse Burger and Truffle Fries with aioli sauce.
At 4am Sunday my husband woke up feeling terribly ill and it continued throughout the day Sunday and throughout Monday. He attempted to go to work but had to leave return home because symptoms were too much. He had up cramps, upset stomach, nausea, diarrhea and headache!
At noon Sunday I started feeling horribly bad and had to lie down like my husband. I was unable to get up Monday until late Monday evening! I woke up this morning again to have to rush to the restroom with cramping and diarrhea! Over the last several days I have suffered from nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, headache, upset stomach and cramps! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
