Today I believe it was tortellini I had on the long hail flight from Dublin to Toronto The symptoms started 3 hours after the meal. Just a funny feeling in stomach. Soon as I got home the Nausea set in followed by vomiting and diarrhea and chills , been this way ever since. This was a small meal served from a flight. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
