My husband and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary with dinner at Fogo de Chão in Jacksonville with the wagu steak. We spent almost $400 on the meal and tip. I woke up at 2:30am with nausea and a headache. Then spent rest of the night with vomiting and diarrhea. Considering that this is the second report in such a short time period, I highly recommend that this place review their practices, check their sources, and clean everything thoroughly. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
