I purchased the "Gardein—Ultimate Plant Based Chick'n Nuggets" and noticed a wave of tingles throughout my whole body after eating five of them (I was mid-bite on the fifth piece). That feeling returned throughout the night and the following morning I had explosive diarrhea, stomach cramping and gas - all while that tingling sensation was still present. I have never had a reaction like this before (body tingling), especially a reaction that has hit so suddenly after ingestion.
