Fries Cause Nausea, Vomiting - McDonald's, Mansfield Texas

I had fries twice that day, split a small with a coworker at about 6. At 10, me and my grandmother decided it sounded good, so we each had a medium fry delivered on doordash. The second time, the fries were bland, no salt, and had a bit of a funky taste that wasnt really noticable normally but definitely i noticed but kept eating when grandmother noted she didnt taste anything weird when i asked. She woke up and vomited multiple times over the night, and I woke up extremely nauseous (i never throw up, haven't in years). Now she and I are both generally weak, extremely nauseous and lightheaded. My grandfather had a few of my grandmothers but he was unaffected from his usual stomach issues from his medicines. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Lightheaded, Weakness
