I ate a falafel salad from the Fresh&Co at 1211 6th Avenue on Wed 2/8/17 around 1:30 pm. I started feeling a little funny and then progressing to nauseous by 5pm. I got home just in time, before getting violently ill with vomiting and diarrhea at 7. I also eventually had a fever and weakness. Horrible experience. My symptoms lasted a little over 2 days and I wasn't able to go to work. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness
