I had a Cobb salad with chicken added. Subbed romaine for spinach. Felt pretty fatigued that evening, woke up the next day extremely nauseous w/diarrhea. I feel like my body can’t move, everything hurts and my stomach is violently cramping. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps, Fatigue
