OK the meal that I ate caused it. It happened from Freshly meals -onion chicken with round carrots. Ate on 5/5 and major gastric symptoms 8 hrs after. Persisted for 24 hrs so far and still ill | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
