My daughter found a quarter inch piece of metal hardware inside of her string cheese (Frigo Cheeseheads). I attempted multiple times to report this to Saputo and they are aware there's a problem- they called me back once- but I was not home to give them the necessary information and asked them to call me in 1 hour. It's now the next day and nearly a week since we found it and no one has made any real contact to make sure there isn't any more pieces in someone's food.
