Bought a crispy chicken salad Wednesday evening 11/20 at 7 ate it at 7:30 stomach started hurting 5 to 6 hours later. Started throwing up violently at work roughly 10 to 11 hrs after eating along with severe diarrhea. Low grade fever for the 1st day.Diarrhea and throwing up went on for 2 days .Now I have a sever stomach ache 3 days later | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever
