Ate a bowl of Frosted Flakes. The next day I woke up nauseous, cramping, and had diarrhea that lasted for a day. I had another bowl about a week or so later because I thought the first episode was due to a new restaurant I tried. Almost immediately I became nauseous, and had the same symptoms, but they lasted for about 4 days. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
