Frozen Carbonara Illness Alert - Trader Joe's, Newton Massachusetts

I ate the frozen carbonara from TJ’s. About an hour later I started having stomach discomfort. Two hours later I threw up and had diarrhea. Then I had a fever and chills - it’s been like 6 hours now and I haven’t kicked the fever yet but starting to feel better.
