A couple weeks ago. I tried to call the AZ health department about it but got no response Not sure, but I am leaning towards the cause being Red Baron French bread pizza It was about a couple weeks or so when I got that case of food poisoning. It was the worst food poisoning in my life, to the point where I was bleeding due to the diarrhea. I also ate one of the pizza breads in the package the day before, but it had no effect on me. However, the second one I had pretty much immediately made me nauseous once I finished eating. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea
