Chicken Sandwich Illness, Oracle - Fuku Chicken, San Francisco California

I purchased the chicken sandwich at Fuku at Oracle Park. I ate the most of it and my partner had just a bite. My partner became nauseous, clammy, and eventuallly had to go to the bathroom to vomit. I was fine at this time. We left immediately after my partner became sick. On the way home from San Francisco to Turlock i myself began getting symptoms really fast. I got home and went to use the bathroom. After using it i had immediate chills. About 20 mins after this, i got up and vomitted. The rest of the evening we both had diarrhea, vomitting, chills, cramps, headache, the whole nine yards of symptoms. My symptoms carried over into the next day, i didnt feel any better until after 1pm.
