May 8th Breakfast. Sandwich with Salmon. My husband thought it was supposed to be a hot sandwich but when it came and wasn't he figured that was how it was to be served. It didn't taste quite right then a couple hours later started getting achey, nausea, chills then fever. Still feeling very sick. Not sure if we will be going to hospital. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
