Went out for dinner with friends on Friday evening. Had a great time with good food and live entertainment. Both me and my wife had a rump steak. Everyone else on the table had burgers. When we got home our stomachs started feeling funny. Soon after we endured a horrific 48 hours of severe gastroenteritis with significant dehydration. Based on the severity of AGI I'm even considering Salmonella?? I hope this was an isolated case and not all the steaks served on Friday. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Gas
