Ate the Truffle Lobster Mac and Cheese and a Cobb Salad around 8:30-9pm. Became nauseous about 1 hr later. Upset stomach and diarrhea followed. After about 2 hrs started vomiting. Was up most of the night with diarrhea, chills, and vomiting (about 7 times). Finally feeling better around 5am after one final vomit. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
