I ate the Caesar salad and pasta alla vongole for an early dinner around 5pm on 10/19/25 at Gemelle. A few hours later I was more sick than I have been in a long time — horrible stomach cramps, vomiting, and diarrhea. I had only eaten breakfast that day and experienced no discomfort for the entire day until after the dinner at Gemelle. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
