- comments: 6-201. 16 observed two small holes at the corner of the ceiling and on the wall in the janitor closet/furnace room off the kitchen area. Instructed to repair/cover and maintain. Observed missing overhead ceiling tiles in the storage closet by the conference/computer room area. Instructed to provide and maintain.

- comments: 6-501. 16 observed mop drying/stored improperly in the janitor closet by the kitchen area. Instructed to dry/store properly.
59. Previous priority foundation violation corrected
- comments: (#54) 5-501. 110 observed previous priority foundation violation not corrected from previous report #2610727, dated 1/17/25. Observed outside garbage dumpster overloaded with trash preventing lid closure and surrounding area littered with old mattresses, wood and several garbage bags. Instructed to correct before reinspection. Due to previous noncompliance, violation is upgaraded to a priority violation 7-42-090. Citation issued.
