Stopped in for fuel and grabbed a bag of ranch flavored corn nuts for a snack around 130 pm on 3/14/24. Noticed they had an off taste, but figured it was me. I tossed and turned all night with cramping, and didn't sleep well. Woke up at 530 this morning 3/15/24 to get ready to go to work, and started vomiting multiple times and diarrhea. I also have chills, dizzy and sweating all at the same time. I had to call out from work as I can't even keep water down currently. I have to go to urgent care this morning get seen to get a work note so I don't get into trouble for missing today. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Sweating, Cramps, Dizziness
