Severe Food Poisoning Symptoms - Gold Chili Seafood Restaurant, Subang Jaya Selangor

I ordered nasi goreng kampung and butter floss chicken from this restaurant at night around 10 or 11 pm. I felt a little nauseated right after i finished the food. Around 4 pm at night, I had 2 times vomit and run to toilet for numerous times of diarrhea at night. My stomach felt bloated and pain, have cold sweat and fever at the same time, my whole body was ache. Next morning, I went to klinik, and doctor diagnose me with food poison. This is by far most serious food poison that I had in my life, please assist to check and audit this restaurant cleanliness. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Bloating, Sweating, Stomach Pain
