About 4 1/2- 5 hours after eating at the Golden Corral buffet I started to experience an intense headache and nausea, then almost immediately began to projectile vomit for 8 solid hours with 20 minute breaks of cramping and chills. Diarrhea started around the 6 th hour and lasted through the following day. No one else in the group that I ate with was sick and I was the only one that ate a spinach salad. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
