03/04/2026 Not sure which item Soup hadn't been changed in hours, employee took a spoon that had fallen in pot roast and just took it out, clean plates were being put on a dirty cart with crumbs and hair all over it, fruit flies all over. Rice we had eaten was cold and slimy. I had started to feel sick at the restaurant when arrived home which was only 20 minutes from the restaurant I had started to throw up. I then went to the ER within an hour of being home because I could not keep anything down. I was then hospitalized for a day to keep fluids in me and to keep at least some solids down. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
