Additional information: Sunday I ate at Golden Corral in Janesville Wi I ate the buffet at Golden Corral around 630pm Sunday and by 9pm I had extreme stomach ache and started feeling like I was going to vomit. I took some pesto bismol and by 12 I was throwing up and had diarrhea bad. I was up all night vomiting and had diarrhea very severe all night and all day yesterday so bad I couldn't stand up without having to change clothes | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
