CNA Sick from Meal - Golden Gourmet, Americus Georgia

I’m a Certified Nurse Assistant and ate microwave spaghetti and meatballs Wednesday afternoon August 14th out of my clients Golden Gourmet delivery box. I was sick soon as I finished eating because it left a lasting bad after taste in my mouth. My stomach hurt the rest of the day and throughout the next day Thursday that evening I violently threw up mucus probably because my stomach was empty from not being able to eat anything since the spaghetti from being so sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
