E. coli from Takeout Meal - Golden wok, Quedgeley England

My husband and I had a meal for 1 including chicken balls, chicken curry mini spring rolls.
We both ended up with Ecoli and mushroom spores in our poo.
We were unwell for over a week, running to the toilet and stomach cramps. My husband had a poo sample sent to the hospital and was diagnosed with Ecoli | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
