One live roach on AC unit Three live roaches inside cabinet with condiments and plates. One live roach on wall behind prep table One live roach in black metal cabinet. Also observed one egg sac under bar counter and two egg sac on floor behind drink cooler. **Repeat Violation** **Admin Complaint** - From follow-up inspection 2022-10-19: Observed one live roach on AC unit pipeline, three live roaches on wall behind prep table and one live roach on floor under prep table, Manager killed and cleaned all. **Time Extended** **Corrective Action Taken**
