pepperoni pizza  i had severe diarrhea, heart burn and stomach cramps, my son had projectile vomit, diarrhea, stomach cramps. around 4 and 1 child. for some it was a immediately, some a few hours and for my son it was about 20 min before any symptoms. It happened 12/3/21 and 12/4/21, | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Nausea, Vomiting
