Couple Sick After Resort Meal - Hard rock cafe, Punta Cana La Altagracia

First my boyfriend was sick with diarrhea and vomiting and then 2 days later I was sick.
We were at the Hard Rock Hotel when hot flashes started and about 3 hours later when we were back in our hotel I was so bad until I had to vomit 2 times, then at some point diarrhea happened 2 to 3 times. After that, I had strange cramps until I took a pill, then I was able to sleep. The next day I felt a bit tired and tired and then I went back. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
