We were at Grand Bavaro in August 2024, on the whole the complex is nice and the food is good but it is no wonder that you get diarrhea here is not really important to hygiene or hygiene is defined differently. After 6 days, every woman plus child had diarrhea. It wasn't very relaxing and came from dinner. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
