Ordered Hamburger from room service at around 11:30pm. Woke up around 4:30 am with stomach pains vomit and diarrhea. Contacted front desk around 9:30am. Suffered in my room for 48 hours Took over-the-counter diarrhea medicine Imodium to relieve the pain. I was in Atlanta for a family reunion that was in South Carolina Saturday the 18th of August. Note: I didn't eat again for seven days... Came back to Atlanta for 24 hours. Before leaving for San Francisco. I continued having stomach pains and bloody diarrhea and very weak and very feverish. I checked myself into good Samaritan hospital in San Jose. I was diagnosed with food poisoning with Mild Colitis. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Stomach Pain
