We just got back state side as I write this. Multiple people from our group went to the ER and have been experiencing diarrhea, vomiting, stomach cramps, high fevers, etc. this was literally the worst vacation. My stomach is killing me and will probably have to go into urgent care to get an IV and antibiotics. The food was not good, sitting outside and not properly cooled. I’m sure we have a bacterial infection. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Fever
