My friend and I shared a room at Grand Sirenis Punta Cana and we both became very ill. Stomach cramping, diarrhea, vomitting, nausea, and she had fever. We were confused because we had not eaten the same foods. She got sick first and then me the next day but we ended up being unable to leave our room we were so ill. I am still not back to normal and our trip was May31-June 6, 2019 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Fever
