Salmonella Outbreak: Resort Stay - Hotel, Punta Cana La Altagracia

March 19, 2024 through March 26, 2024. A couple days into my stay I got extremely ill from the food. Upon returning home still having symptoms. I had a stool sample done and tested positive for salmonella. I’ve been battling the symptoms of the salmonella for two months now. I’ve been in the hospital due to the symptoms and treatment is ongoing. I have Definitive medical records with positive results. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
