- comments: no clean up supplies or procedures onsite for vomiting or diarrhea events. Instructed to provide supplies and post procedures for employees to follow. Priority foundation 7-38-005

- comments: see violation #59

49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: found loose debris on interior surfaces of reach in coolers & freezer in rear storage area. Instructed to clean and maintain.

59. Previous priority foundation violation corrected
- comments: previous priority foundation violation not corrected from inspection report 2369848, dated 4/28/20. Violation include #48: observed no chlorine or quaternary test strips onsite. A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in mg/l of sanitizing solutions. Instructed to provide test strips and maintain. Priority foundation 7-38-005 violation still exist. Chlorine test strips need. Priority violation 7-42-090
